Family farming in USA is earned about 20,000 USD annually by working from 3 a.m. and doing off-farm works. Since 2000, almost 30000 dairy farms are closed because they could not afford their costs.
In USA market, only 10% of total fluid milk is ORGANIC milk. Unfortunately, day by day, the consumption of organic milk is reducing. For the price, organic milk is paid 45 USD per 100 lb, while conventional milk is paid 15 USD per 100 lb.
Raw milk can be dangerous by causing kidney related disorders for kids even though some parents believe that raw milk can heal their allergic, nose or ear illness children. Because pathogens like salmonella, campylobacter, and E. coli are found in 4/5 of raw milk.
Long years ago, heat technology named Pasteurization is invented in USA. It is to heat milk to min. 161 Fahrenheit degree and hold milk in that temperature at least for 15 seconds.
